Our host tried hard, but was double-booked and left our party early.

Food was awful and they didn't have enough cups. Our children never received the t-shirts we were promised or the goodie bags for their friends. They told us they wouldn't have the cupcakes for our party and then said they would have them after we arranged to buy them elsewhere. We never received many of the items and services we were promised.

This place should be ashamed of how they handled my children's birthday party.
